The project involves the construction of a new office building overlooking the Sart Tilman road. The four-storey building consists of a ground floor for technical purposes and three floors dedicated to tertiary activities.

The ground floor will include a covered car park with eleven parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces and the technical rooms necessary for the building’s operation. The upper floors will contain the workspaces: offices, meeting rooms and ancillary rooms. The floors will also feature accessible and pleasant terraces, offering user-friendly outdoor spaces. These terraces, which are directly connected to the office floors, offer unobstructed views while improving user comfort and quality of life within the building.

Architecturally, the base of the building is made of light grey bricks, laid in a chequerboard pattern. The upper levels are entirely glazed, enlivened by medium grey frames. Each floor is highlighted by a slight overhang clad in off-white panels, reinforcing the horizontality of the volume.

The project is located on a plot along the main road in Sart Tilman, formerly occupied by a petrol station. The layout takes full account of the topography: the first-floor slab is located at the highest point of the site, while access to the ground floor is via the lowest point. This arrangement allows the building to blend naturally into the slope, reducing its visual impact and facilitating access.
