The Court Village project aims to create a new and lively city area, with a variety of functions:

  • Approximately 350 apartments will be offered, mostly 2 and 3 rooms of varying sizes and levels of finishing.  Above the hypermarket, it is planned to build a set of passive apartments aimed at a younger public.   A set of single-family homes will be built to passive standards in the northern part of the site.  A location has also been identified as the possible site for a nursing home.
  • The past several years has seen a general impoverishment  of shopping facilities in and around Court-St- Etienne.  The 7,500 m² surface will be occupied by a food store and shops of various sizes. The idea is to offer an attractive commercial mix of a critical size that will draw shoppers back to the zone.
  • SMEs – Crafts: the craft and and commercial vocation of the Avenue des Métallurgistes is confirmed with a new building at the entrance of the site along the River Dyle and by rehabilitating this road to provide access to the site.
